A general contractor in Oakville, run by people who still walk the sites. Here is what we hold ourselves to on every job, and the paperwork that backs it up.
What we believe
Four things we will not trade away.
You are letting a crew into your home. These are the standards we hold on every job, whatever the size.
Protect your home before we start.
Floor protection goes down on every path to the work area, dust walls go up, and furniture and fixtures are covered. Your house stays your house while we work in it.
Clean up every single day.
The site is swept and tidied before the crew leaves, debris goes out the same day, and tools are put away. You will not come home to a mess.
Finish it.
The last two percent of a renovation is where most contractors disappear. We stay until the list is clear.
Leave it better than we found it.
Including the neighbour’s driveway, the boulevard, and the grass under the bin.
